Measures to overcome flooding in Frogmore

David Prichard, a resident of East Meon, worked as a water engineer. Following flooding in Frogmore in 2001, and as evidence to the Parish Plan then in preparation, he prepared a report on the causes of the flooding and possible measures to overcome it. The full report is in the Library.
