Sale of Leydene Estate 1953, Oxenbourne Down, Ramsdean Down, Hyden Wood, Clanfield
Estate maps from sales particulars provide a great deal of detail of the farms and large estate sales from the end of the 19th century onwards. The largest sale took place in 953 when the estate of Countess Peel sold over 10,000 acres of land in the valley.
