'Ant to all to whom these presents ...' I Richard Wakeford Attree of the parish of Liss ... 'the said Inclosure Commissioners'
The third set of documents held by the Hampshire Record Office recording Enclosures in the Parish of E ast Meon are dated 1861. The HRO holds its records in 'negative' form, white on black. Many of the same names are beneficiaries as in the 1845 Enclosure.
