Goddards Garage

Herbie Goddard, known as the 'Mayor of East Meon', who operated a garage at Glenthorne House.

After World War II, the outbuildings and yard of Glenthorne House were, first, Coles Garage, then Goddards’. Herbie Goddard was a significant East Meon figure (click here for his description in the history website).
