East Meon History Group held an Open Day on September 28th, 2013, to which it invited people whose families had lived in the village for a long time to bring memorabilia – old photos, certificates, letters &c. These were scanned and indexed, and the originals handed back to their owners. The collections in this section are the results. The Open Day also triggered a process in which others with family connections lent us their collections as well. We are grateful to those who have done this.In most cases, we lack full information about the people, places and events recorded in these collections, and should be grateful for any information which others can provide.
